Privacy notice

This notice covers the opening-interest website operated by Connor and the organizers of the proposed 805 Table Tennis Club in Thousand Oaks.

What we collect

We collect the name, email address, and phone number you submit, the time of your request, referral campaign labels, your optional email-update preference, and the status of your reservation. For team, partner, or community inquiries, we also collect the interest you select and the message you provide. Our hosting providers may process basic technical information, including IP addresses and request logs, to operate and protect the website.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, respond to team, partnership, and community inquiries, confirm eligibility and offer availability, prevent duplicate reservations, and communicate about the opening. If you separately opt in, we may email occasional club news. Providing your phone number does not enroll you in automated marketing texts.

Where it is stored

Website submissions are stored in the site's hosted database, supported by Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Club organizers may export records into a private contact register to reconcile website and Meta signups. We limit access to people handling club operations and service providers needed to operate the signup process. We do not sell the signup list.

Your choices

You may request access, a correction, deletion, or an end to optional marketing by emailing venturatabletennis@gmail.com. Withdrawing from the reservation process can cancel your reservation because we need a way to administer it.

Retention and children

We plan to review unconverted opening-interest records within 12 months after opening, or within 12 months after canceling the project, and remove records no longer needed. Some records may need to be retained to administer an offer, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations. This opening offer is for adults 18 and older; please do not submit children's details.

Tracking and other platforms

This version does not include advertising pixels or nonessential analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may use essential security or access cookies. Forms submitted directly on Facebook or Instagram are also governed by those services' notices and the disclosures shown on the form. We will update this notice if our practices change.
